Elizabeth Savina (BSpPath - Hons I) is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist. She has undertaken extensive training in the management of voice, chronic cough, globus and upper airway breathing disorders including:
– Myofascial Release and Vocal Unloading which are styles of massage focusing on the area around the larynx
– Estill Voice Training – obtaining her Certificate of Figure Proficiency in 2012
– Lessac-Madsen Resonant Voice Therapy (LMRVT) and Casper-Stone Confidential Flow Therapy (CSCFT)
She regularly gives presentations to and provides professional support to Speech Pathologists within Qld in voice and associated disorders.


Elizabeth has run Chunky Harmonies Choir for 8 years and studies Contemporary Voice with Anita Marie Martin of Make Loud Noise. She sings and plays guitar with Shantyman and Friends. She regularly practices mindfulness and techniques from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)

In 2014, Elizabeth was awarded Outstanding Contribution to the Australian Voice Association for the curation of the Facebook page which she continued until 2020. In 2017 she provided consultancy to researchers from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Griffith University, on the Asia-Pacific Sing to Beat Parkinson’s project and ran the singing group the Red Hot Chilli Parkies.She founded and administers the Clinical Voice Therapy Group on Facebook - with over 2500 members.
